Sivados sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Type of Delivery

All products purchased on our website are:

  • Digital items, delivered electronically

  • Sent by email to the address you provide at checkout

  • Sometimes accompanied by access instructions or similar information (depending on the product)

There is no postal / courier shipping and no physical package.

3. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your digital order:

  • Within 24 hours maximum after successful payment

In many cases, delivery may be faster, depending on order volume and verification.

If there is any delay, we will work to resolve it as soon as possible.

4. How Digital Delivery Works

  1. You place an order and complete payment on our Site.

  2. You receive an order confirmation email.

  3. Within the stated timeframe (usually within 24 hours), we send:

    • Your digital product, and/or

    • Access instructions, activation details, or links (depending on the product).

Please ensure you:

  • Enter a valid and correct email address at checkout

  • Check your Inbox, as well as Spam / Junk / Promotions folders

  • Allow emails from contact@sivados.com

If you still haven’t received anything after 24 hours, please contact us.

5. Non-Delivery or Delivery Issues

If:

  • You do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, or

  • You believe you received the wrong or incomplete digital item,

please contact us at contact@sivados.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A short description of the issue

We will:

  • Verify your order and delivery status

  • Attempt to resend or correct the digital delivery

  • Apply our Return & Refund Policy if the problem cannot be resolved

6. Taxes & Billing

Depending on your location and applicable regulations:

  • VAT or other digital sales taxes may be applied at checkout

  • The final price, including taxes where applicable, will be shown before you confirm your order

For certain orders, you may request an invoice by contacting us and providing the necessary billing details.
